How these rates are billed

Calls are billed in whole minutes with a one-minute minimum. A 65-second call bills as two minutes.
The rate is resolved from the longest matching dialling prefix, so mobile, landline and premium ranges inside one country price differently.
The rate is quoted and locked when the call is authorised, before it connects. It is the rate that appears on your credit ledger.
Prices are in US dollars, deducted from your prepaid credit balance, and synced automatically each week from our carrier’s published rates.
